Residential Service Disconnect
To terminate service, a request must be submitted at least one business day prior to the requested termination date. You may complete this request in person at either office location or by completing the disconnect request online by clicking the link below. The termination date, your service address, forwarding address, and a copy of your ID must be provided with the signed request. If you are not the named account holder a Power of Attorney (POA) or Executor of Estate (EOE) document is also required. Termination request dates must be a working day.
