Request a service call
If you are an active ORUD customer, and would like to request a service call, simply fill out the required fields below to schedule a call for the next business day or later. Regular business hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, excluding holidays.
- Inspection: Free on newly installed/repaired appliances or HVAC
- Service Call: $30
All service charges will be added to your monthly natural gas bill.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This request is not to be used in case of an emergency. We have 24-hour emergency response service. After-hours emergency calls will be transferred to an on-call service person for immediate response. By calling (865) 483-1377 or toll-free (888) 483-1377.

To disconnect service, a request must be submitted in writing at least one business day prior to the requested disconnection date. You may complete this request by stopping by our office, sending a letter, or faxing us at (865) 483-9452. You are required to provide: current address, forwarding address, requested disconnect date, account number and signature of account owner.
