Effective Monday, March 1st –
Please beware of scams!
Recently we had a commercial customer notify us they were contacted by someone claiming to be ORUD and demanding a large payment to avoid disconnection. Unfortunately, the scam artists have not taken a break during this time. Please be aware! We can assure you that ORUD will never contact you from a 1-800 number and will not ask for payment over the phone. We have an automated phone payment system for your safety. You can always access your balance information by calling 865-220-6600 or logging in your customer account at orud.org. We are here for you if you have questions when accessing or navigating your account information. More information available at www.cisa.gov/coronavirus.
